This notice covers the design-partner application on this site. It's the only place the site collects personal data.

Who we are

Integral Labs, Inc. is the controller of the data you send us. Reach us at hello@mable.so (email us).

What we collect

Only what you type into the application form:

• your work email;
• your company;
• your role;
• your last 3 custom requests, if you choose to add them.

Describe the requests in general terms. Please don't include personal data about your customers or anyone else.

Why, and on what basis

We use your application to decide whether a design-partner pilot fits, and to contact you about it. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who ask to work with us. Where the law requires consent instead, sending the form is that consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.

We don't use your application for advertising, and we don't sell it.

Who processes it for us

• Formspree receives form submissions and forwards them to us by email.
• Our email provider receives and stores those emails, and our replies to you.
• Vercel hosts this site and keeps request logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested.

International transfers

Formspree and Vercel are based in the United States, and our email provider may process data there too. When your data leaves the UK or the European Economic Area, each transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK extension) where the processor is certified, or by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK addendum) where it isn't.

How long we keep it

We delete your application 12 months after our last contact with you, or sooner if you ask. Copies held by Formspree and in our email are deleted on the same schedule.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, object to how we use it, or receive it in a portable format. Email hello@mable.so and we'll reply. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts or fonts.

Changes to this notice

When we change this notice, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change is material, we also email the applicants it affects.
